Gerald T. Stiener, Principal Broker/Co-Owner
Gerald is responsible for overseeing the staff, agents and all
operations of Wille and Stiener Enterprises, Inc. including brokerage,
property management, leasing and appraisals. He has nearly thirty
years of experience in real estate brokerage and property management.
Gerald’s background includes corporate real estate experience,
performing real estate analysis for many different types of commercial
and residential real estate investment opportunities. His prior
experience working for a large national real estate developer
is of great value and gives him extra insight when marketing properties
to developers and end users today.
Gay Stiener Fraire, along
with her brother, Gerry, is co-owner of Wille and Stiener Associates.
Gay has been a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker since 1995.
She earned her undergraduate Bachelor's Degree from the University
of California, in Davis, California. Gay's real estate experience
is in commercial sales, leasing and property management.
Our Agents
Matt Wiseman is an Indiana
Associate Broker, specializing in the marketing of farms and acreage,
including hunting and recreational land. In addition to marketing
property, Matt conducts farm appraisals and manages farm properties
for absentee landowners. Before joining Wille and Stiener in 1997,
Matt had twelve years experience originating farm mortgage loans,
performing appraisals and managing farm properties for insurance
companies as a mortgage loan representative in Indiana, Ohio and
Kentucky. Matt’s farm background led him to Purdue University
where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural
Finance in 1985. Matt is a member of the Greater Northwest Indiana
Association of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors and National
Association of Realtors. He is married and has three children.
John Wille, has been active full-time in this real estate brokerage business for 35 years and specializes in selling farms in Northwest Indiana as well as rural acreage and homesites. He worked with the first and now the second generation of the Wille and Stiener organization. John has the experience, and has witnessed the market changes since the mid 1970’s and the challenges of the 1980’s. Need assistance evaluating and marketing your property? John can help. He is a property owner, a lifetime resident of the Crown Point area and has continually contributed to and promoted his community and the agriculture business. John is a licensed State of Indiana Real Estate Sales Associate and earned a B.A. Degree from Parsons College, Iowa. He is a member of the Greater Northwest Indiana Association of Realtors, the Indiana Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. John and his wife have three children.
Margie Tedesco joined Wille
and Stiener Associates in 1999. She has been a licensed Indiana
Real Estate Sales Associate and member of the Greater Northwest
Indiana Association of Realtors since 2005. Margie works closely
with the co-owner, Gay Stiener Fraire, managing, leasing and selling
commercial property.
Thomas O. Malsch (Tom), is a member of our commercial/industrial sales team. His farming roots also continue to keep him active in our agricultural division. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Indiana. Tom has attended continuing education courses in commercial real estate. He continues to participate in 1031 tax deferred exchange seminars to stay current with governmental rules, regulations, and guidelines. Tom joined Wille and Stiener Enterprises, Inc. in 1998 after a successful 27-year career in agri-business. He is a graduate of Purdue University, married (Cheryl), has three grown children, and attends Immanuel Presbyterian Church in Schererville.
Tim Brust, joined Wille &
Stiener Associates in August, 2002 as a Licensed Salesperson.
He is a member of the Commercial and Industrial Sales team. Prior
to joining Wille & Stiener Associates, Tim spent 17 years
in Commercial Real Estate financing at several local Banks, most
recently in a Management position.
Tim is a graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelors degree
in Business, specializing in Finance. He is on the Board of Directors
for the Valparaiso YMCA and Taltree Arboretum, and is active in
several local Chamber of Commerce organizations
