 Matthew is an
Indiana Associate Broker, specializing in farm and acreage. He is also licensed as an
Indiana Trainee Appraiser and Illinois Real Estate Salesperson. Before joining Wille and
Stiener Enterprises in 1997, Matthew had twelve years of experience originating farm
mortgage loans, performing appraisals and managing farm properties for insurance companies
as a mortgage loan representative in Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. Matthew’s farm
background led him to Purdue University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree
in Agricultural Finance in 1985. In addition to his formal education, he has completed
several professional courses including those provided by the American Society of Farm
Managers and Rural Appraisers, Inc., and Resource, LLC’s “USPAP” Uniform
Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice course. Matthew is a member of the Greater
Northwest Indiana Association of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors, Illinois
Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. |
